CRCC’s of three educational blocks of Karbi Anglong District i.e.
(i) Lumbajong Educational Block.
(ii) Langsomepi Educational Block.
(iii) Howraghat Educational Block.
Objectives of the Program:
(i) To develop collaborative leadership, teamwork and communication skills among the CRCC’s.
(ii) To develop effective strategies for conflict resolution and negotiation among the CRCC’s.
(iii) To enhance self-awareness, self-reflection and positive school culture among the CRCC’s.
PROGRAME AGENDA Day 1.
The program held on 2nd September 2024 held at DIET conference hall had four (4) Sessions and it aimed at developing leadership and management skills among the CRCC’s and also to recognize their roles and responsibilities as CRCC’s.
Topics:
a) Defining Educational Leadership.
b) Exploring different Leadership Styles.
c) Developing and communicating a vision.
d) Fostering a collaborative and inclusive School Culture.
PROGRAME AGENDA Day 2.
On Day 2, the Topics covered are
a) Developing and implementing School Improvement Plan (SIP).
b) Mentorship and Professional Development for Teachers.
c) Time management and Delegation in School Leadership.
d) Fostering a collaborative and Inclusive School Culture.
e) Post assessment & feedbacks.
